Over hundred airplane seats sold to the UFC
There is an article on Gunnar and his upcoming fight in the UFC at the front page (and page 50) of the biggest newspaper in Iceland (Fréttablaðið - third time that Gunnar is on the front page in about a month). Among other things in this article the manager of Express-travels (at Icelandic Express airlines) says that they decided to offer around 60 seats (flight, hotel and UFC ticket) and they sold out in a flash. Then they put up another offer with more seats in collaboration with an Icelandic radio station and the response is in the way that they are probably putting up the third one! They say the response has gone way beyond their wildest dreams. "Our trouble is we need more airplane seats!" says the manager of Express-travels but they've sold over hundred seats according to the article.
