Gunnar Nelson will be doing a seminar tour in the Ireland and N-Ireland SBG gyms for the next 10 days. The schedule is as follows:

Saturday in SBG Belfast at 12:00
Sunday April 1st in SBG Cork City at 13:00
Monday 2nd in Straight Blast Gym Killarney at 19:00
Tuesday 3rd in SBG Portarlington at 19:00
Wednesday 4th in SBG Tullamore at 19:00
Thursday 5th in SBG Mullingar at 19:00
Saturday 7th in SBG Ballina at 12:00
and then Sunday 8th in Straight Blast Gym Ireland at 13:00
