Gunnar won the gold in his weight class (179 lb) at Grapplers Quest in New Jersey last night. The tournament is said to be the largest grappling tournament in history according to Brian Cimins, Grapplers Quest CEO. Gunnar won two of his four bouts with a choke, the first on with a RNC and the one in the finals with a Guillotine. He lost his bout in the absolute against a much heavier opponent on one advantage.
